Ready-to-use structurable silicone resin finishing coat according to DIN EN 15824 for mineral and organic wall and ceiling surfaces outdoors. Can be used as a final coat in the Capatect façade systems depending on the selected system variant.
Material Properties
- Accelerated skin formation
- Processing up to ≥ 1°C possible
- water-dilutable
- Water repellent
- High water vapor permeable
- Increased protection against infestation by fungi and algae
Packaging/Package Size
Bucket 25 kgColours
White and coloured.
Factory colouring is possible. Suitable for machine colouring with ColorExpress dosing systems.
Other special colours with a lightness value > 20 on request.
Tinting of small quantities is possible by adding CaparolColor solid and tinting colours (formerly Alpinacolor) or Amphibolin solid and tinting colours. Never add more than 2 % colour, otherwise the consistency will become too thin.
The material must be checked for colour accuracy before application. Colour complaints can no longer be accepted after processing.
On contiguous surfaces, only use material from the same charge or mix material from different charges beforehand.

Note
Specified fixed values represent average values that may vary slightly from delivery to delivery due to the use of natural raw materials. The "allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung" (general building authority approval) / "allgemeine Bauartengenehmigung" (general type approval) of the ETICS, VHF or the products and the Technical Informations of the products must be observed.
Suitable Substrates
- Mineral and organically bound renders and paints
- Mineral and organically bound substrates in ETICS
Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be stable, even, clean, dry, frost-free and free of adhesion-reducing residues. If necessary, the load-bearing capacity can be ensured by using suitable primers.
Substrates, especially undercoat renders, must be evenly dried to avoid colour deviations in the finishing render.
Mineral base coats must always be primed with Putzgrund 610 (SPRINTER), as the alkaline substrate will otherwise prevent the accelerated film formation of the finishing render.
Thin-layer finishing renders with grain sizes < 3 mm may require special measures, e.g. priming, levelling filler, painting.
Preparation of Material
Ready to use.Adjustable to working consistency with max. 0.5 % water.
Stir the contents of the container thoroughly with a slow-speed agitator.
Method of Application
Apply the finishing render over the entire surface with a stainless steel trowel and smooth down to grain size. Immediately afterwards, rub down evenly with a plastic trowel or a plastic rubbing board and texture the render either horizontally, vertically or round.
The choice of tool influences the roughness profile of the surface, so always work with the same textured discs.
Finish contiguous surfaces without interruption to avoid build-up in the textured layer. Divide large façades into sections, wet-on-wet apply and texture continuously.
Application Conditions
Application is possible in temperature ranges of ≥ 1 °C and up to +15 °C, ideally at +2 °C to +8 °C. The limit values must be met for at least 6 hours during the curing phase. Only then is the render generally resistant to short, light and medium rain showers and insensitive to frost down to -5 °C.
For sufficient drying progress, there must be sufficient air movement and the air humidity must be below 90 %. Drying is not possible at a relative humidity of > 95 %.
Do not apply in direct sunlight, on heated substrates or with strong air movement, as the material will form a skin too quickly and structuring will be restricted as a result. If there is strong air movement on the component surface at the time of application and drying, there is a risk of shrinkage cracks and pores forming in the finishing render.
Do not mix factory-set sprinter materials with ‘standard goods’ or material from the previous year.
Please refer to the leaflet "Verputzen, Wärmedämmen, Spachteln, Beschichten bei hohen und tiefen Temperaturen" (Rendering, Thermal Insulation, Filling, Coating at High and Low Temperatures) from the Bundesverband Ausbau und Fassade (Federal Association for Finishing and Façades).
In unfavourable weather conditions, suitable measures must be taken to protect the treated façade surfaces.
Drying/Drying Time
Primer and intermediate coats must be dry before further application.
The waiting time for recoating depends, among other things, on the weather conditions and the layer thickness.
The drying or curing of the material takes place through chemical-physical processes and the release of the water it contains, i.e. its evaporation. Cool and humid environments delay these processes.
- Recoat after complete drying, after 24 hours at the earliest
Tool Cleaning
Rinse with water immediately after use in accordance with legal regulations.
Example for Machine Equipment
For machine application of this product, please request advice.Note
For the application of façade products in cold and wet weather, please refer to the Sprinter product programme. For more information on this product group, please request advice.
This product is equipped with special active substances against fungal and algae growth. The depot of active substances offers long-lasting, temporary protection, the duration of which depends on the object conditions, e.g. the moisture load, the location, the architectural design, etc.. It is therefore not possible to permanently prevent fungal and algae growth. The risk of infestation by microorganisms can be significantly reduced by applying a façade paint with film protection.
For lightness values below 20, coat the render in ETICS with a solar-reflective façade paint (Alsicolor TSR-Solarreflect, TSR value ≥ 25) in at least two coats after drying, depending on requirements. Take special measures on solid wall formers with Light Reflectance Value LRV < 30, e.g. an additional reinforcing render with a full-surface mesh inlay on the lightweight base render and/or a solar-reflective façade paint.
Note the limits of feasibility in the respective system.
