Preliminary remark
The recipe variant SPRINTER setting is not designed to enable plaster to be applied in unsuitable weather conditions. The only thing that is achieved is that the plaster forms a skin for a relatively short period of time and the surface can therefore be used more quickly ("early rainproof"). The final curing and drying takes place as with the normal recipe, depending on the respective weather conditions. Alkaline substrates e.g. cement-bound reinforcement layers adversely affect the effect of accelerated skin formation.
Do not mix with normal AmphiSilan Fassadenputz without SPRINTER setting.
Please also note the additional information in the SPRINTER setting leaflet.

White
Can be tinted by manufacturer. Suitable for machine tinting with dosing systems from ColorExpress.
Further custom colors with light reflectance value > 20 on request. If, for design reasons, colors with light reflectance value < 20 are required, these can be achieved in some cases with a double coat of Muresko CoolProtect paint.
Small quantities can be tinted with CaparolColor or AmphiColor tinting colors with max. 2 % to avoid low consistency.

Substrate Preparation
The substrate must be even, clean, dry, solid, sound/ stable and free from all substances that may
prevent good adhesion. In Germany follow VOB, part C, DIN 18 363, section 3.
Non-stable emulsion paint or synthetic resin plaster coatings as well as non-stable mineral coatings must be completely removed. Clean firmly adhering coatings dry or wet.
Clean surfaces infested with organic growth (fungi/ mildew/ mould, moss, algae attack) with a highpressure water jet, in compliance with the regulations. Then use Capatox and allow to dry thoroughly.
Clean surfaces contaminated with industrial pollution (factory fumes) or soot by high-pressure cleaner and suitable cleaning agent, in compliance with the regulations.
Method of Application
Apply all textured render with a stainless steel trowel without using a machine homogeneously
to surface sections. Rub off immediately to the grain size and take off excessive slurry. Treat the K-type render evenly with a plastic trowel or PU-board by circularly "ironing". The surface roughness is influenced by the chosen tool, hence always the same type of texturing tool should be used.
Always the same craftsmen should finish seamless surfaces to achieve an even texture. To avoid
lapping on large-area surfaces, care should be taken to have a sufficient number of craftsmen on the
job and to apply the material wet-on-wet without interruption.
Granules and filler are natural products and therefore may occasionally cause slight colour variation in
the finished coating. Only use products of the same batch or, if materials from different batches must
be applied, mix the entire quantity needed in advance.
Capatect AmphiSilan Fassadenputz SPRINTER is not suitable for horizontal surfaces exposed to water.
Surface Coating System
Mineral based base coats must always be primed with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER, as the alkalinity otherwise prevents the accelerated filming of the finishing coat. The key coat Putzgrund 610 SPRINTER has to be tinted in matching colour shade before applying tinted render/plaster. Allow thorough drying of key/ intermediate coats before further application.
Capatect ETICS:
New mineral base coats (reinforcement layer): Prime with Putzgrund 610 SPRINTER.
New cement-free base coats: No key coat required.
Plasters of mortar groups PII u. PIII:
New plasters can be coated after a sufficient waiting period, usually after 3-4 weeks at approx. 20°C and 65% rel. humidity. In less favorable weather conditions, e.g. influenced by wind or rain, significantly longer waiting times must be observed. Prime with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER.
Old plasters:
Renewed plaster areas must be well set and dried out. Prime coarse, porous, absorbent, slightly
sanding plasters with OptiSilan TiefGrund. Intermediate coat with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER. Use Dupa-Putzfestiger for heavily sanding, powdery plasters. Intermediate coat with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER.
Concrete:
Clean dirty or powdery concrete surfaces mechanically or with high pressure water jets in compliance
with the legal regulations. Use OptiSilan TiefGrund on coarsely porous, light sanding or absorbent
surfaces. On powdery surfaces, use Dupa-Putzfestiger. Intermediate coat with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER.
Load-bearing, matt emulsion paint coatings:
Coat matt, slightly absorbent coatings directly. Clean soiled, chalking old paint coatings with high
pressure water jets, observing the legal regulations. For other types of cleaning (washing, brushing off, hosing down), prime with Dupa-Putzfestiger. Intermediate coat with PutzGrund 610 SPRINTER.
Load-bearing silicate paints:
Coat with Sylitol or AmphiSilan products.

Drying/Drying Time
Processing temperature: Ideally +2°C to +8°C, maximum +15°C
Lowest processing temperature: above 1°C
The relative humidity must not exceed 90%.
These limit values must be given for at least 6 hours in the drying phase. Only then is the plaster usually protected, with its skin formation, against short, light and medium rain showers and insensitive to night frost down to -5°C. The accelerated plaster also dries physically, i.e. through film formation of the dispersion and through evaporation of the moisture. There must be sufficient air movement for sufficient drying progress. The cooler the temperature and the higher the humidity, the longer this process takes. Further processing may only take place after it has completely dried out. Do not work at temperatures above +15°C or in direct sunlight, as the material forms a skin too quickly, making structuring impossible. The open time is also shortened by a heated surface or high room temperatures. Drying out depends on the weather. Therefore, no precise statement can be made about the period of time until it is completely dry.
Tool Cleaning
Immediately after use with water.
Material Preparation
Stir Capatect AmphiSilan Fassadenputz SPRINTER thoroughly with a low-speed stainless steel agitator. If necessary adjust to working consistency with max. 0.5 % tap water.Basically, depending on the expected weather conditions, suitable protective measures (such as scaffolding tarpaulin or rain protection) must be taken on the area to be worked. Do not process with strong air movement. With stronger air movement on the component surface at the time of execution and drying, there is a risk of shrinkage cracks and pore formation in the finishing coat. Do not use Capatect AmphiSilan Fassadenputz SPRINTER with AmphiSilan Fassadenputz on the same site/ facade.
