Apply reinforcement mortar Capatect-OrCa-Spachtel, in the width of the reinforcement fabric, onto the complete surface of the thermal insulating boards. Apply in 2/3 of the nominal layer thickness and embedd Capatect-OrCa-Gewebe without crinkling by pressing on. Adjacent sheets should overlap each other by approx. 10 cm. Subsequent coats of mortar should be applied immediately wet-on-wet, to ensure complete embedding of the fabric. Reinforcement layer thickness: 4 to 5 mm.
Disposal
Materials and all related packaging must be disposed of in a safe way in accordance with the full requirements of the local authority. In Germany: Dispose Capatect-OrCa-Gewebe as mixed construction site and demolition waste.
