We put great store on first class quality: Only the best raw materials are used and a continuous quality control of the production ensures high quality in the formulation and environmental aspects of the production line. Since its foundation one of Caparol's declared objectives is the continual improvement in the quality standards throughout the sector with regard to top products that are increasingly environmentally friendly and harmless to heath.

To be able to justify this claim also in the future, we are promoting scientific and application-orientated research and development and are co-operating with renowned suppliers and institutions. We are however not just the leader in quality and innovation, but also pioneers in many fields, for example with emission-minimised and solvent-free interior paints.

Since the quality of our products can always only be as good as their proper application, comprehensive training and consultancy for our customers is an important matter for us. Consequently, in the professional field we have the largest field sales force in the sector: expert, reliable and in the customer's vicinity. In addition, we annually train many thousands of customers in theoretical and practical aspects. Comprehensive technical documentation, specialist consultants and application technologists along with specialist telephone support are available to our customers.
